Platform Adoption Expert

About the role

As a Platform Adoption Expert you will act as the technical bridge between AMPECO’s EV Charging SaaS platform and charge point operators worldwide. You will own complex client challenges, guide integrations and migrations, and ensure the platform delivers maximum value for each business.

Key responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex client use‑cases that go beyond standard support, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead API and system integrations from scoping to successful delivery with third‑party platforms and hardware partners.
• Design and implement EV Roaming solutions and other advanced use‑case configurations.
• Develop and deliver technical training sessions for clients and internal teams, ranging from onboarding workshops to deep‑dive use‑case tutorials.
• Guide new customers through end‑to‑end technical onboarding, ensuring a smooth go‑live.
• Support platform and infrastructure migrations, handling scoping, delivery coordination, and post‑migration validation.
• Act as primary technical owner during escalations, coordinating resolution across Engineering, Support, and Account Management.
• Maintain and expand the team knowledge base with runbooks, guides, and best‑practice documentation.
• Contribute to internal projects that improve tooling, processes, and collective technical capability.

Required profile

• Strong technical background combined with excellent client‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can manage multiple client accounts and project engagements simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, global SaaS environment.
