Project Manager – CXAI Digital Transformation

About the role

As a Project Manager on TELUS Digital’s CX Operations team, you will lead internal digital transformation initiatives and generative AI tooling implementations. The role is fully remote within Bulgaria, supporting global collaboration across Europe, the Americas, and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for 5‑8 concurrent digital transformation projects.
• Manage end‑to‑end implementation of technology solutions, including digital platform deployments and vendor integrations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources and technical integrations with IT teams and external vendors such as Fuel iX and Voice AI tools like Sanas.
• Track project budgets, monitor progress, and report metrics to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Adapt project management frameworks to suit changing scenarios and customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering digital transformation or technology implementation projects.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Flexibility to adjust to evolving project scopes and environments.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment.

Required skills

• Experience with Fuel iX platform.
• Familiarity with Voice AI tools such as Sanas.
