Project Manager – Data Migration & Integration

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end data migration initiatives, including SAP and Salesforce historical data, into a Snowflake cloud data warehouse. The role requires strong business analysis, technical coordination and the ability to manage complex, cross‑functional environments such as M&A integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the full project plan for historical data migration, covering scope, timeline, milestones, risks and resources.
• Drive project governance, run status meetings, maintain RAID logs and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams (ERP, CRM, data engineering) and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Facilitate change‑management and communication plans for affected teams.
• Manage UAT coordination, sign‑off processes and data validation activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering data migration or data warehousing projects.
• Solid business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP data extraction (FI, SD, MM) and Salesforce data export/migration.
• Familiarity with Azure ETL tools (ADF, Databricks) and Snowflake as a cloud warehouse.
• Understanding of the full data migration lifecycle: discovery, extraction, transformation, load, validation and reconciliation.
• Ability to work in complex, cross‑functional environments, including M&A integration scenarios.
