Sales Representative – HVAC Systems (Southern Bulgaria)

About the role

Join Bosch, a global leader in technology and services, as a Sales Representative for HVAC Systems covering Southern Bulgaria. You will be responsible for expanding the market presence of Bosch’s heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning solutions and nurturing a network of partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for Bosch HVAC solutions across Southern Bulgaria.
• Build, nurture and maintain long‑term relationships with installers, specialized distributors, construction firms and engineering designers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping partners select the optimal Bosch systems for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare commercial offers, deliver presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Organise product presentations and basic training sessions for local installers and partners.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer needs, providing feedback to central product and marketing teams.

Required profile

• University degree in HVAC, engineering or a related field (a plus, not mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the HVAC, heating, building‑materials or construction‑technology sectors.
• Strong technical understanding of heating systems, heat pumps and ventilation solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and results‑driven mindset.
