Senior Account Manager – Consulting & Investment

About the role

The Consulting & Investment team at Dynata is seeking a Senior Account Manager to work with leading management consulting and private equity firms. You will be the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day project needs, building strong relationships and delivering creative solutions that drive client success.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify RFPs, write proposals and develop pricing strategies using Dynata’s proprietary tools.
• Assess project feasibility and keep the CRM system up‑to‑date with bid information.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and Sales Directors to expand client relationships, generate incremental revenue, and manage expectations during delivery.
• Support the Client Services Team with additional information and partner sourcing as required.
• Prepare presentations and assist with other sales activities as directed by senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Strong customer focus with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in Bulgarian is required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
