ServiceNow Lead Developer – Sofia

About the role

Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow Lead Developer to join its Sofia delivery team. You will drive the design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring high‑quality delivery across multiple modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations, focusing on ITSM and at least two ITOM modules such as Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITAM, IRM, SPM, HRSD, or App Engine.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with clients in a client‑facing role to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Mentor and manage remote team members, tracking progress and maintaining delivery quality.
• Maintain ServiceNow platform health, perform upgrades, and apply best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on ServiceNow configuration and development experience.
• Proven implementation experience in ITSM and at least two ITOM or related modules.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work directly with clients.
• Experience leading or managing distributed development teams.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist – ITSM, Application Developer).
