Solution Architect

About the role

As a Solution Architect at Inetum, you will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and design scalable, reliable, and maintainable IT solutions using the company’s service portfolio. You will also lead development teams and create reusable assets to improve delivery efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to capture business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and gather detailed specifications.
• Design and configure applications, integrations, and workflows that align with best practices.
• Lead a team of developers through implementation and delivery, ensuring quality standards.
• Identify and develop reusable packages or artefacts from customer engagements.
• Collaborate with Business Process Consultancy to match business processes with platform capabilities.
• Support the Sales team by providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and preparing proposals.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Contribute to the evolution of delivery practices and the services portfolio.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in solution architecture or a customer‑facing consulting role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
