Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate web and mobile projects from initiation to delivery. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring high‑quality outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate multiple web and mobile projects through all phases.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and help select development toolchains.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Perform project estimations, resource planning, and progress tracking.
• Manage changes in scope, identify issues, and drive resolutions.
• Maintain relationships with new clients and partners.
• Organize daily stand‑ups, sprint retrospectives, and foster a continuous‑learning environment.
• Facilitate communication between teams and lead productive discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of technical delivery experience with a proven project‑management track record in web and mobile projects.
• Full understanding of the end‑to‑end technical project lifecycle.
• Experience handling multiple projects and partners simultaneously.
• Proficiency with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to lead rapid application development teams to meet time, budget, and client requirements.
• Excellent command of English; pre‑sales experience is a plus.
