Account Manager, German & English

About the role

Nexo, a fintech company building a model of financial wealth since 2018, is looking for an Account Manager fluent in German and English. You will manage a list of selected high-net-worth individuals from around the world, using mainly email, phone and Telegram to build and maintain lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the accounts of a list of selected high-net-worth individuals worldwide.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through email, phone and Telegram.
• Maximise revenue per account by understanding clients' needs and offering Nexo's products and services.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Nexo's product portfolio, current market conditions and competitors' products to keep clients credible.
• Keep Salesforce records up to date so management has accurate data.

Required profile

• 3-5 years in a sales or account management role in a fintech or financial services company.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to manage, follow and execute account management processes from start to finish.
• Excellent English and German, with the ability to adapt communication style to the audience.
• Self-driven, able to deliver results in a high-paced environment.
• Passion for digital assets and knowledge of decentralized finance and crypto ecosystems is a bonus.
