Sales Team Leader - Field Position

About the role

Stanley Black & Decker is looking for a Sales Team Leader for a field position. You will spend about 70% of your time travelling around Bulgaria and 30% working from home. The role is full-time and involves coordinating a sales team and growing new business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the sales team and support team members to drive new business growth, directly and indirectly.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and build strong business relationships.
• Identify and acquire new clients to expand the customer base.
• Monitor market developments, including products, distributors and competitor activity.
• Present products to clients and other stakeholders professionally.
• Support marketing initiatives such as trade fairs and promotional activities.
• Prepare reports, benchmarking analyses and sales statistics to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, demand planning, finance and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health and safety regulations within the team.
• Develop and implement sales policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent Bulgarian and English.
• Proven experience in sales departments.
• Proven experience in management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package.
