Dutch-speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor (Hybrid, Sofia)

About the role

Assist customers with shipment and delivery inquiries, including delivered, delayed, undelivered or lost parcels. Support is provided by phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about shipments and deliveries via phone and email.
• Resolve issues related to delivered, delayed, undelivered, or lost parcels.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Available for a hybrid schedule with approximately one week per month onsite in Sofia.

• €1,690 gross per month salary.
