About the role
Assist customers with shipment and delivery inquiries, including delivered, delayed, undelivered or lost parcels. Support is provided by phone and email.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries about shipments and deliveries via phone and email.
- Resolve issues related to delivered, delayed, undelivered, or lost parcels.
Required profile
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Available for a hybrid schedule with approximately one week per month onsite in Sofia.
What we offer
- €1,690 gross per month salary.
- Three weeks of training.
- Relocation support subject to hybrid role conditions.
