Supply Chain Operations Associate

About the role

The Supply Chain Operations Associate supports end-to-end logistics and customer experience, acting as a professional communicator between the company and its clients. The associate handles customer contact, keeps the company database up to date and supports quality assurance and program criteria by phone and e-mail, using high-level logistics tools and systems. This is an early career, full-time position based in Sofia.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound customer and client communications and advise customers on behalf of the company's clients.
• Interact with customers by various means of communication and use client third parties to deliver the entitled service.
• Follow detailed instructions from company documents and follow established escalation rules when service level agreements are at risk.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalations, and update the relevant program databases accurately.
• Handle challenging customer situations in line with company policy and escalate data or program issues to management.
• May manage several programs and work cross-functionally across them.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, action-oriented approach.
• Previous customer service experience is not required but is an advantage.
