Regional Manager - Last Mile

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead last‑mile operations in the Burgas region for a fast‑growing international courier company. You will coordinate couriers and warehouses, build partner networks, and ensure efficient delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate operational structures (couriers and warehouses) for optimal pickup and delivery.
• Search, negotiate, and establish sustainable partnerships with external delivery agencies.
• Monitor KPIs daily, conduct field inspections, and react quickly to operational issues.
• Control the regional budget, including expenses for warehouses and personnel.
• Analyze volume, identify new coverage areas, and propose growth strategies.
• Act as liaison between partners, field teams, and the central office, ensuring compliance with standards and documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, courier business, or partner network management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region and work in the field.
• Valid Category B driver’s license.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Experience with specialized logistics software (advantage).
