Finance Transformation Manager

About the role

As a Manager in Finance Transformation (CMAAS) at PwC, you will lead projects that design, optimise and digitise finance operating models for leading organisations. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior finance leaders, combining strong project management with deep finance transformation expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current‑state finance processes and controls, identify inefficiencies and design target operating models.
• Lead workstreams for finance application selection, ERP implementation and cloud‑based automation.
• Drive collaboration across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A and payroll domains to improve transparency and governance.
• Identify high‑value AI use cases, pilot solutions and support adoption.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, coach junior members and ensure high‑quality, timely delivery.
• Contribute to the development of PwC’s finance transformation offerings and practice growth.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in financial audit, controlling, accounting, consulting or finance transformation projects.
• Working knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and strong understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, payroll).
• Hands‑on experience with finance‑related technologies such as ERP, consolidation or BI tools.
• Advanced data and digital skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong project and team management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
