First-Level Technical Support Agent (Italian)

About the role

Cross Border Talents represents its client, the largest employer in Bulgaria's BPO sector, in a team of over 3,500 members in Sofia and Plovdiv. As a First-Level Technical Italian Speaking Support, you will deliver outstanding client service, achieve great customer experience and satisfaction, identify and understand user needs, and assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting by phone, e-mail and chat.

Required profile

No prior experience in a similar role is required. You must be fluent in Italian, show a keen interest in technology, and have excellent communication skills.
