About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting native Swedish speakers for a Customer Support Agent position in Sofia, Bulgaria. The client is a leading provider of multilingual player support localization and testing services for the games industry, with about 50,000 team members across 20 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to and respond to customer queries by phone and email
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to meet clients' requests
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Required profile

• Native or fluent Swedish
• Good understanding of English (B2)
• Ability to work in a team and build trust with customers
