German‑Speaking Receptionist for Dental Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Receptionist who is fluent in German and English to join a state‑of‑the‑art dental clinic in Sofia. The role focuses on delivering premium patient experiences from the moment they arrive until they leave, acting as the main point of contact for all client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide upscale patient service throughout their visit.
• Manage daily bookings, record schedule updates, cancellations and changes in the clinic’s software system.
• Coordinate logistics such as airport and hotel transfers, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Oversee check‑out processes, handling deposits and payments according to treatment plans.
• Respond quickly to patient requests, including medical test arrangements, luggage storage, and hotel changes.
• Offer tailored support to VIPs, elderly patients, children and individuals with special needs.
• Serve as the communication hub between patients and clinic staff, resolving questions and concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in guest relations, hotel front desk or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Fluent in German and English, with professional communication skills.
• Strong passion for exceptional customer service and active listening.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work according to the clinic’s operational schedule.
• High level of responsibility, reliability and professional appearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field is a strong advantage.
