Instructional Designer (AI Learning)

About the role

Exadel is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging AI‑focused digital learning experiences for its global clients. You will work closely with subject‑matter experts to turn complex technical concepts into clear, learner‑friendly content.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop digital learning experiences with a strong focus on AI‑related content.
• Analyze training needs and define suitable self‑paced and blended learning solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to set learning goals, target audiences, and success criteria.
• Structure learning journeys, courses, activities, assessments and supporting materials.
• Develop courses directly in the Sana Learn LMS using its built‑in authoring tools.
• Create video scripts, knowledge checks, practice tasks, assessments and job aids, including AI‑avatar videos with Synthesia.
• Review and continuously improve learning content based on feedback and business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in instructional design, e‑learning development or corporate training.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
• Excellent skill in structuring information and simplifying complex content.
• Experience working with subject‑matter experts and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new AI‑enabled learning tools.
