Medical Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to promote a well‑recognised portfolio of healthcare products to doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals across an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Present the company’s products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Organise and conduct regular meetings and visits within the assigned territory.
• Build and develop long‑term professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Explain the features, benefits, and applications of the product portfolio in a convincing manner.
• Plan your schedule and visits independently according to the potential of the territory.
• Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor performance and prepare required reports.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Biotechnology or a related healthcare field.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Previous experience as a Medical Representative or Sales Representative (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Confident communication and presentation skills with diverse audiences.
• Strong commercial mindset and results‑oriented approach.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long‑term professional relationships.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Good computer literacy.
