About the role

As a Project Manager, Sales Transformation, AI & M&A you will turn strategic priorities into action across a global commercial organization, leading projects that improve sales operations, support business integration and connect commercial processes with digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic sales projects in a cross‑functional, international environment, taking initiatives from concept through execution.
• Support sales transformation and digital integration initiatives, including implementation activities linked to potential M&A opportunities.
• Bring stakeholders together, create alignment and drive execution across functions, ensuring clear ownership, priorities and next steps.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports and analytical materials that turn complex information into clear insights for decision‑making and portfolio governance.
• Track the department’s project portfolio, monitor progress, analyze data and manage key milestones, proactively addressing risks.

Required profile

• Experience in project management, preferably within sales, commercial, business support or a transformation environment.
• Hands‑on approach with ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, presentations and business information.
• Experience in a complex, international, matrix organization and ability to navigate diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent English and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
