Team Leader Sourcing

About the role

VEO Worldwide Services is seeking a Team Leader Sourcing to lead a commercial sourcing team within its international clearance business. You will work closely with a multicultural team to drive results and support sustainable global trade.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 5+ collaborators.
• Oversee daily activity of the commercial sourcing team and ensure targets are met.
• Track KPIs, analyze results, and propose action plans.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the team toward performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience.
• People‑oriented, able to inspire, coach, and empower team members.
• Results‑focused and motivated by measurable outcomes.
• Hands‑on approach, working side‑by‑side with the team.
• Confident English communication (B2+).
• Bachelor’s degree.
