About the role
VEO Worldwide Services is seeking a Team Leader Sourcing to lead a commercial sourcing team within its international clearance business. You will work closely with a multicultural team to drive results and support sustainable global trade.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of 5+ collaborators.
- Oversee daily activity of the commercial sourcing team and ensure targets are met.
- Track KPIs, analyze results, and propose action plans.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the team toward performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of leadership experience.
- People‑oriented, able to inspire, coach, and empower team members.
- Results‑focused and motivated by measurable outcomes.
- Hands‑on approach, working side‑by‑side with the team.
- Confident English communication (B2+).
- Bachelor’s degree.
