Sales Manager – Drive Growth in Bulgaria

About the role

Glovo is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and expand its Bulgarian sales team. You will be responsible for growing the team, securing top commercial partnerships, and driving market growth while improving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Developers through hands‑on training and active participation in sales calls.
• Own key KPIs, use data‑driven insights to optimise efficiency and maximise revenue growth.
• Build and scale sales processes for partner acquisition, onboarding and long‑term success.
• Manage pipeline health and forecasting accuracy using CRM tools.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Growth, Account Management and Operations to accelerate partner value.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on sales or business development experience with a proven quota‑hitting record.
• At least 5 years leading sales or biz‑dev teams of 5+ people.
• Data‑driven decision maker comfortable working daily with Excel.
• Native Bulgarian speaker with excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline tracking and forecasting.
