Retention Manager – German Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Retention Manager who speaks German to join our iGaming company in Sofia. The role combines high‑quality customer support across multiple channels with proactive outbound sales initiatives to reactivate and retain players.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and inactive players and reactivate lapsed accounts with targeted offers.
• Convert contacted players into active, depositing customers and upsell bonuses, tournaments, and VIP incentives.
• Build rapport, identify player needs, and tailor promotions accordingly.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly call and conversion targets while accurately recording outcomes in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the Retention team on campaigns and ensure compliance with responsible‑gaming regulations.

Required profile

• Excellent German communication skills and a good level of English.
• Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Customer‑focused mindset, problem‑solving attitude and detail‑oriented work style.
• Comfortable handling outbound calls and proactive engagement.
