Sales Specialist

About the role

As a Sales Specialist for Bolt Food, you will drive the acquisition of restaurants and stores onto our fast‑growing platform. The role is focused on outbound outreach to small and medium‑sized businesses across Bulgaria, guiding them from first contact through onboarding and ongoing partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales funnel: prospecting, cold calling, scheduling meetings, negotiating and closing deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets and sales quotas.
• Record all activities in the CRM to maintain an accurate sales history.
• Serve as the first point of contact for new partners, supporting onboarding and handling operational or administrative issues.
• Collaborate with Operations to activate new restaurants and with Account Management to help partners grow on the platform.
• Resolve daily commercial or operational challenges.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.
• Willingness to travel within Bulgaria for face‑to‑face meetings.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system to track sales activities.
