SAP SD Senior Consultant

About the role

SAP Functional Consultant is responsible for designing and configuring processes in supply chain execution to meet business requirements and to integrate sustainability considerations. The role focuses on SAP ERP SD module and S/4HANA domains for supply chain or sales.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, covering requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, delivery and post‑go‑live support.
• Lead the deployment of the SAP Sales & Distribution module in S/4HANA projects.
• Analyze business processes and propose technical solutions, considering integration aspects and potential risks.
• Identify dependencies with other SAP modules or third‑party applications and prepare functional and technical specifications.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide training in the functional area.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience with SAP Sales & Distribution.
• Strong understanding of related business processes and integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience with EDI, IDOCs or other third‑party interfaces.
• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle ECC or S/4HANA implementations on large international projects.
