Assistant – Regional Finance & Accounting (OOP Reporting)

About the role

Join our international team as an Assistant, Regional Finance & Accounting, where you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely out‑of‑pocket (OOP) expense reporting across the region. You will own financial processes, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to high‑impact projects in a dynamic, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate OOP expense reconciliation and reporting across the region.
• Act as the main contact between Finance & Accounting and project teams.
• Review and resolve financial discrepancies related to project expenses.
• Prepare and submit OOP reports in line with internal policies and deadlines.
• Reconcile project financial data from multiple sources and verify pass‑through expenses.
• Perform cost/revenue analysis and support project forecasting.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field, or be in the third/fourth year of such studies.
• Native Bulgarian speaker with full working proficiency in English (minimum B1).
• Prior experience in finance/accounting within an international environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
