B2B Sales Representative – Luxury Menswear Accessories

About the role

We are a premium men’s accessories brand looking for our first dedicated Sales Representative to drive wholesale growth across Europe. You will own the commercial engine, building pipelines, converting interest into orders, and establishing long‑term retail partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to boutiques, concept stores, department stores and other wholesale accounts.
• Manage inbound inquiries from trade shows and online channels, follow up diligently and close deals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and exhibitions, present the product and expand the network.
• Negotiate pricing, order quantities and delivery terms.
• Track performance, prepare reports and forecast revenue.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Provide market feedback to refine pricing and collections.

Required profile

• 3+ years proven B2B sales experience, preferably in fashion, luxury or high‑end accessories.
• Strong understanding of wholesale and retail mathematics (pricing, margins, MOQs).
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Self‑starter who thrives with autonomy and minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel regularly to fairs and client meetings.
