Brand and Marketing Manager

About the role

Join JYSK Bulgaria as a Brand and Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s presence in the Bulgarian market. You will work closely with national and international stakeholders, leading a team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company’s brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Implement centrally defined marketing activities at local and national levels.
• Manage locally purchased media and ensure optimal media mix.
• Maintain and protect JYSK’s brand identity and positioning in Bulgaria.
• Select appropriate media, influencers, and communication channels for locally initiated campaigns.
• Negotiate with external partners to secure the best conditions.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all marketing activities.
• Support PR and communication initiatives.
• Lead and develop the marketing team in line with JYSK values and leadership principles.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing or brand management.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders and manage projects.
• Structured, independent working style with strong creativity.
• Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian and English.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
