Channel Manager – French Market

About the role

RingCentral is seeking a Channel Manager to lead partner and distributor relationships in the French market. You will be the primary point of contact for partners, driving revenue growth and ensuring the successful delivery of RingCentral’s AI‑powered communication solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute joint business plans with partners and distributors to identify sales opportunities.
• Design and launch sales and marketing campaigns that generate leads for partners.
• Provide day‑to‑day support, including answering queries, preparing quotes, and assisting with implementation and support issues.
• Coordinate training, marketing, and enablement programs for new distribution partners.
• Recruit, sign, and manage new partner relationships.
• Develop C‑level relationships to expand market share while maintaining profitability.
• Produce sales tools and materials for partners and act as an internal advocate for channel success.
• Represent RingCentral at industry events, trade shows, and seminars.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience working with IT/Telecom partners and master agents.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Proven track record of growing partner/distributor revenue.
• Ability to influence C‑level decision makers and deliver compelling presentations.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, fast‑paced work style.
• BA/BSc or equivalent education.
