Chat Support Specialist (Romanian and English)

About the role

Sutherland, a global Customer Experience Management company with a presence in Bulgaria since 2008, is hiring a Chat Support Specialist fluent in Romanian and English for its Varna office. The role is office-based, full-time and starts on 16 November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers mainly by chat and email
• Provide clear, professional and timely solutions
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system
• Follow established procedures and quality standards
• Escalate more complex cases to the relevant teams
• Work with multiple systems and platforms at the same time

Required profile

• Romanian at C2/native level and English at B2
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage
• Willingness to work on shifts

Required skills

• Good computer literacy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and follow processes accurately

What we offer

• €1,483 gross monthly base salary
• Performance bonuses up to €113 gross per month, plus CSAT bonuses up to €51 gross weekly and €15 gross daily

The schedule is 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, with project hours of 08:00–23:00 Monday to Sunday; the project may later move to a 24/7 schedule.
