German-Speaking Business Travel Advisor

About the role

A German-speaking Business Travel Advisor is sought for a hybrid, remote-friendly corporate travel project based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role supports a major American travel provider in partnership with a global customer experience leader, delivering high-touch travel support to business executives and corporate travelers on worldwide journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Provide travel management and customer support in German and English by voice and email.
• Coordinate, book and adjust flights, accommodation, rail travel and ancillary arrangements for corporate travelers globally.
• Handle time-critical itinerary changes, re-routings, cancellations and travel disruptions.
• Communicate with high-level corporate clients with professionalism and empathy.
• Use GDS, airline platforms, internal databases and ticketing software.
• Record booking details, fare rules and communication logs in CRM systems.
• Aim for first-contact resolution while respecting corporate travel policies.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1 or higher) and solid English (B2 or higher).
• Prior experience in travel, airline, corporate travel or hospitality; BPO or reservation desk experience is an advantage.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening and calm problem solving under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; based in Sofia or willing to relocate to Bulgaria.

Required skills

• MS Office tools and multi-system platforms.
• Fast typing and good computer literacy.
