German-Speaking Player Support Representative

About the role

A global leader in player experience and digital solutions is recruiting German-speaking Player Support Representatives for a full-time, on-site gaming project in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will help players with titles such as League of Legends, VALORANT, Legends of Runeterra and Teamfight Tactics, communicating entirely by written channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle player support in German via email and ticketing systems, covering technical, billing and account questions.
• Diagnose in-game technical issues, connection problems and gameplay questions.
• Spot emerging bugs and recurring issues and escalate them to developers and technical teams.
• Maintain a professional, community-minded tone in every written interaction.
• Keep up with new patches, champions, agents, game modes and seasonal events.

Required profile

• Native or near-native German (C1+) with strong written communication.
• English at B2+ level for internal work and ticketing platforms.
• Passion for video games and player communities; empathetic and analytical approach to player problems.
• Based in Sofia or willing to relocate to Bulgaria for a full-time, on-site role.
• Nice to have: experience with LoL or VALORANT, prior player support experience, and familiarity with Zendesk or Jira.
