Clinical Operations Resource Specialist (Home Based, Bulgaria)

About the role

Syneos Health is hiring a Clinical Operations Resource Specialist working remotely from Bulgaria. The role owns one or more resource subsets or roles from a resource solutions perspective, manages data integrity in global resourcing tools, and supports demand planning and resource allocation for business units. Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%).

Key responsibilities

• Manage one or more resource subsets/roles and maintain contact with internal stakeholders.
• Support demand planning and resourcing processes, keeping data accurate in global resourcing tools, trackers and reports.
• Analyze resource assignments, skillsets and availability to recommend assignments of global employees and contingent workers.
• Ensure data integrity in source systems and review GRM exports, budget validation reports and analytics dashboards.
• Evaluate complex cross-resourcing requests and support redeployment efforts.
• Take minutes, track action items and manage confidential information on upcoming leaves, terminations or organizational changes.
• Support TA/candidate recruitment, train resourcing toolsets, and complete daily STAT request reviews.
• Escalate resourcing or process issues and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree in business, management or science/health care, or equivalent education and experience.
• Resource management experience, including resourcing or logistics, preferably in a CRO, pharma or biotech company.
• Direct clinical research experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail, strong documentation skills and teamwork.
