About the role

ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Sofia. The role goes beyond recruitment: it is to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, using market insights, data and sourcing strategies to attract the talent that drives innovation in healthcare and clinical research.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and build tailored hiring strategies.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
• Use recruitment metrics and market intelligence to drive smarter hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
• Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects ICON's values and employer brand.
• Champion innovative sourcing approaches, recruitment technology and best practices.

Required profile

• Experience recruiting within healthcare, clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotech or related industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and advise.
• Experience managing complex recruitment projects and multiple priorities.
• A data-driven mindset and a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in hiring.

Required skills

• Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
• Ability to use recruitment metrics and market intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
