HR Business Partner

About the role

Nexo, a digital asset platform building a new model of financial wealth since 2018, is hiring an HR Business Partner in Sofia. The role advises managers and employees on feedback, performance, employee relations, coaching and career development, coaches managers on performance management and development goals, and works with senior leaders on organizational development, team structure and compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction and design practical ways to improve them
• Contribute to HR programs such as retention, compensation, benefits and learning and development
• Develop and run leadership and career development programs, including mentoring and coaching
• Create training and development initiatives supporting career mobility and job performance
• Analyze HR data (compensation, headcount, turnover, performance, training outcomes) and turn it into recommendations for leaders
• Work with the HR team to build a culture where people feel engaged and inspired

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development or a related field (master's preferred)
• 4+ years of HR experience, with hands-on experience in at least two of: employee relations, talent management, learning and development, organizational development
• Proven experience advising and coaching senior leaders and managers on people topics
• Experience designing learning and development materials and strong facilitation skills
• Excellent spoken and written English

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills, turning HR metrics into insights and recommendations
• Proficiency with HRIS and Learning Management Systems
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, analysis and HR work
• Program management and organizational skills, adapting quickly to change
• Data analytics tools and HR metrics platforms are a plus
