Operations Manager with German

About the role

Accenture Bulgaria seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead a dynamic team delivering key business operations for an international client. This role blends people leadership, operational excellence, client management, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team handling contract and order management, invoicing, reporting and related operational activities.
• Ensure high‑quality, timely service delivery while focusing on performance and client satisfaction.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback and support individual development through coaching and mentoring.
• Identify and implement process improvements, standardisation and efficiency gains.
• Lead operational projects and client‑specific initiatives from planning through execution.
• Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to align priorities and business objectives.
• Analyse workload, performance data and trends to support capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, understand evolving needs and proactively address challenges.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations, service delivery or a similar environment with proven people‑leadership experience.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics or a related field.
