HR Associate / Payroll Specialist

About the role

As an HR Associate / Payroll Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency and compliance of payroll and HR operations at Bosch Group in Sofia. Working closely with internal teams and external partners you will support seamless payroll processing, maintain high‑quality employee data and contribute to the smooth execution of core HR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, maintain records of salaries, bonuses, deductions and benefits, and prepare related reports.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding, maintain employee records, prepare employment contracts and manage leave balances.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, assist with audits and generate HR and payroll reports.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to align policies, procedures and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labour legislation and local HR policies.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
