HR Associate / Payroll Specialist

About the role

Bosch Digital, the IT and digital business unit of Bosch, is looking for an HR Associate / Payroll Specialist in Sofia. You will help ensure the accuracy, efficiency and compliance of payroll and HR operations, working closely with internal teams and external partners to support payroll processes, keep employee data up to date and contribute to core HR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Payroll management: process monthly payroll accurately and on time, maintain payroll records (salaries, bonuses, deductions, benefits), prepare payroll reports and documentation, help develop payroll policies and support employees with payroll questions.
• HR administration: maintain employee records and HR databases, support onboarding and offboarding, prepare employment contracts and amendments, track absences and leave balances, and help improve HR policies.
• Compliance and reporting: ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, support audits, generate HR and payroll reports, and collaborate with global HR teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven HR administration experience, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor legislation, familiarity with local HR policies and legal requirements.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Comfortable with HR analytics and reporting tools; SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
