Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Biometrics

About the role

ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, is looking for a Biometrics Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Sofia. The role is responsible and accountable for the end-to-end recruitment service, taking a consultative and collaborative approach to stakeholders so that recruitment strategies are developed and executed, compliance is maintained and recruitment metrics and objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Produce global recruitment plans aligned with business succession planning, and maintain relationships with executive-level customer stakeholders
• Work with HR Business Partners to understand and manage succession planning across divisions
• Design resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop sourcing options such as networking, headhunting and talent pools
• Negotiate rates and salaries, present and sell candidates to hiring managers, and keep time-to-hire efficient
• Provide candidate care, keep candidates warm, and recommend and run hiring events such as job fairs
• Measure supplier performance, forecast placements and produce timely activity and management information reports
• Deliver customer presentations and evaluation meetings at VP/Director level
• Promote the internal referral programme and diversity, and follow internal policies and recruitment best practice

Required profile

• Good understanding of the local labour and candidate markets and ability to advise on demographics and sourcing strategies
• Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
