Business Transformation & Organisation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Transformation & Organisation Consultant to join DSK Bank, a leading Bulgarian bank, and support high‑impact transformation, organisational effectiveness and strategic workforce initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders on strategic initiatives, organisational design, transformation programmes and governance structures.
• Own the annual personnel expense and headcount planning cycle, delivering insights on workforce costs, trends and productivity.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of performance management, KPI design and accountability mechanisms.
• Generate executive‑level insights from people analytics, financial and performance data to inform decision‑making.
• Contribute to compensation and reward advisory, market benchmarking and remuneration framework evolution.

Required profile

• Experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation office or organisational effectiveness in a complex business environment.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with a curiosity for how organisations create value.
• Motivation to build a career in banking and thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools.
