Clinical Research Associate – Future Roles (Remote, Bulgaria)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close‑out activities for real‑world late‑phase studies. The role can be performed remotely with occasional travel to sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close‑out visits, ensuring compliance with regulatory, ICH‑GCP and protocol requirements.
• Review source documents, verify data entered in case report forms, resolve queries and ensure electronic data capture compliance.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation and documentation, and support audit readiness.
• Document activities through letters, trip reports and logs, and support subject recruitment and retention strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines, and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
