Clinical Research Associate – Future Roles (Remote, Bulgaria)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking Clinical Research Associates to support site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close‑out activities for real‑world late‑phase studies. The role can be performed remotely, with up to 75% travel to study sites as required.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits, ensuring compliance with regulatory, ICH‑GCP and protocol requirements.
• Review source documents and case report forms for accuracy, completeness and query resolution.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, storage and dispensing according to protocol.
• Document activities through confirmation letters, trip reports and other required project documents.
• Support site recruitment, retention and audit‑readiness activities, and act as liaison with site personnel and central monitoring teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH Guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guideline expertise.
• Source document review and electronic data capture (EDC) proficiency.
• Investigational product handling and inventory management.
• Ability to use clinical monitoring software and related hardware.
