Clinical Trial Supply Manager

About the role

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation. As a Clinical Supplies Project Manager in Sofia, you will oversee project and programme management workstreams so that clinical supplies projects are delivered on time and in line with quality and regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of clinical supplies projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies for clinical trial supply management.
• Monitor and analyse project timelines, budgets and resource allocations to optimise efficiency.
• Identify risks and challenges in clinical supplies logistics and propose and implement solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate communication across the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as pharmacy, life sciences or supply chain management.
• Proven experience in clinical supplies project management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Solid project and programme management experience, managing competing priorities and developing your team.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to clinical trial supply management.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
