Commercial Controlling Specialist

About the role

The Commercial Controlling Specialist will support the Commercial area with end‑to‑end controlling, from strategy planning and budgeting to financial analysis and reporting. You will act as a business partner, providing insight on financial impacts of decisions and ensuring cost control across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for sales, marketing, and PR functions.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on top‑line results and prepare monthly reports on financial and non‑financial KPIs.
• Manage cost‑control activities, review and approve expenses, and develop business cases.
• Coordinate cross‑company planning, reporting data consolidation, and ensure accurate controlling processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling or a related finance function.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication abilities.
• Result‑oriented attitude with the ability to work in an agile environment and handle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP (CO, FI) modules.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
