Content Operations Specialist – Spanish

About the role

The Content Operations Specialist ensures that publisher content reaches EMIS products accurately and on time. Working in a hybrid environment, you will collaborate with licensing, technology, and customer service teams to manage content flow and support customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor content delivery to guarantee availability on EMIS platforms within agreed timelines and completeness standards.
• Work with the technology department to resolve technical issues affecting content loading and formatting.
• Maintain accurate display of content, correcting classification according to the company taxonomy.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with content providers.
• Select daily news for Trending Topics and prepare weekly industry alerts in English and the local language.
• Assist Customer Service with content‑related queries from internal and external users.
• Collaborate with the Content Enrichment team to improve tagging accuracy and machine‑learning models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Journalism or a related field.
• Excellent command of English and very good command of Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Good understanding of economic concepts and major economic events.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight schedules.
