Country Communications Associate Manager (English/French)

About the role

The Country Communications Associate Manager will act as the bridge between DXC’s global communications strategy and local execution across one or several countries. Reporting to Global Communications, you will ensure that internal, external and issues‑related messaging is culturally relevant, consistent and compliant with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate quarterly country‑leader town halls and ad‑hoc manager briefings, handling agenda, speakers, invitations and post‑event surveys.
• Develop and distribute country‑specific internal announcements, policy updates and organizational change communications.
• Collaborate with the Global External Communications team to create press releases and media materials aligned with corporate narratives.
• Design and execute proactive earned‑media strategies to secure positive local coverage and manage reactive media inquiries.
• Partner with the Global Issues Communications Lead to coordinate stakeholder communications during crises, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Support executive communications, including media interview preparation and local event coordination.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in internal, external and issues communications within a multinational environment.
• Ability to adapt messaging to diverse cultural contexts while maintaining brand consistency.
• Experience working closely with HR, Legal, Compliance and senior business leaders.
