Customer Delivery Specialist (German)

About the role

Join A1 Bulgaria as a Customer Delivery Specialist, acting as the main contact for business customers and ensuring timely, efficient order delivery. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to provide a customer‑oriented and cost‑effective service.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders, gather missing data and enter them into ordering systems.
• Coordinate, monitor and proactively communicate order status to customers, mainly via email and phone.
• Maintain proactive information flow with customers, vendors, partners and internal units.
• Handle requests and escalations, documenting them in CRM and ordering systems.

Required profile

• Good German communication skills (spoken and written, B1/B2 level).
• Customer‑focused mindset while keeping company interests in mind.
• Curiosity for new topics and a desire for continuous professional development.
• Structured, solution‑oriented thinking and quick grasp of complex contexts.
• Basic knowledge of current telecommunications technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel).
