Service Manager

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Service Manager to lead onsite commissioning and support for utility PV and storage projects in Sofia. The role involves direct interaction with clients, partners, and installers to ensure successful deployment and operation of equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Commission PV projects onsite, including inverter and transformer installation.
• Commission storage projects onsite, covering battery containers and power conversion systems.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and produce analysis reports.
• Provide service training to clients, partners, and installers.
• Support account and solution managers in related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, IT, or Automatic Control Engineering.
• Experience in photovoltaics or energy storage service, with preferred transformer commissioning background.
• Willingness to travel and perform onsite service.
• Strong communication skills and good command of English.

Required skills

• Inverter and transformer handling.
• Battery and PCS (Power Conversion System) knowledge.
• Use of electrical test tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
